* NOTE: Orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® must be received by 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders for our Panasonic Refurbished line must be placed before 12:30 PM EST for same-day shipping.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. AHERN also offers online order tracking -- you will receive a UPS tracking # within 24-36 hours of your order (Monday -- Friday). We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico or military addresses at this time. All UPS Ground shipments take between 3-7 business days to arrive. In stock merchandise will be shipped within 24-48 hours*. All orders are shipped FOB: Quincy, Massachusetts. Unless requested, all orders will be shipped complete (meaning that if any item requested is on backorder, we will delay the entire shipment until all items are available).
*Although we know you try to plan ahead, we realize that emergencies do occur. Please contact us if your needs exceed the above guidelines and we will work closely with you to meet your deadline.
INTERNATIONAL - International Shipping is not available. We only ship to loctations inside the US.
ALASKA + HAWAII - If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, after your order is placed we'll quote you the shipping charge via e-mail. For this reason, please make sure to allow e-mails from AhernStore.com and AhernCom.com in your spam blocker.
RETURN POLICY - All in-stock merchandise, with the exception of our refurbished Panasonic cordless phones, may be returned to AHERN within 30 days from the date of the invoice. You MUST contact AHERN Customer Service at 1-800-451-3280 for a "return authorization" number. Your package needs to be addressed to our headquarters in MA with the "return authorization number" written on the outside of the box/packaging to ensure proper and timely processing of your replacement order or credit. No returns are accepted after the 30 day period.* Shipping charges are non-refundable. No products can be returned without the manufacturer’s original boxes and packing material. Items received in this manner will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued. AHERN is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Customers who purchase from AHERN between the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day will have until January 25 of the following year to return items.
PANASONIC REFURBISHED PRODUCTS: We cannot take returns for products in our Panasonic refurbished line. If you experience problems with your refurbished Panasonic product, please contact Panasonic directly (these phones come with a 90-day Panasonic warranty). Please note: We cannot take over the phone orders for these products, they are internet order only products.
POLYCOM PRODUCTS: Returns can only be accepted for Polycom's conference phones and accessories up to 15 days from the invoice date (not 30, like most of our other products.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - Unless otherwise noted, all items featured on the AHERN website are warehoused for prompt and immediate delivery. Once you have placed your order you will receive a faxed or emailed acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order. If your selected merchandise is not available, you will be notified and alternatives will be offered.
DELIVERY DAYS - When ordering, keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
PRODUCTS - All products are 100% factory new. AHERN does not sell refurbished
products.
MINIMUM ORDER - There is a $10 minimum purchase.
SALES TAX - Massachusetts residents are subject to a five percent (5%) sales tax.
PAYMENT - Major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit cards orders require a valid billing address. AHERN does not accept credit cards with international billing addresses (as these can not be verified). All prices are in US funds. Orders with international billing addresses will be automatically cancelled.
