Oregon Scientific WRB308 Combo Weather Alert Radio and Weather Station
This combo unit includes a weather station and wireless remote sensor that report indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure, as well as a portable, rechargable weather alert radio.
In addition to weather monitoring, the base weather station also will forecast local cloud cover and precipitation conditions for the next 12-24 hours on its backlit display. Digital clock and two alarm functions are also included.
Working independently of the base station, the weather alert radio monitors the NOAA's National Weather Radio for weather advisories, watches, and warnings and also environmental and civil hazards and emergencies. By inputting your regional SAME code, you can make the unit warn you only in case of local alerts. Internal memory stores up to 6 SAME codes, which is great for on-the-go use.

* Note - If you will be using the remote sensor in a freezing environment, we suggest using lithium AA batteries instead of alkaline batteries which freeze at about 10° F.
